Appleton Rum Estate: The oldest and most famous of all of Jamaica’s sugar-cane estates is Appleton Estate. Here they blend rums since 1749.
Rum cocktails and a short video is in the package before the tour explains how molasses is extracted from sugarcane.  Then fermented, distilled and aged. At the end of the tour you can taste it.

Black River Its name refers to the darkness of the river bed caused by thick layers of decomposing vegetation. Over 100 species of birds have been recorded in the Black River morass and plenty crocodiles live in the mangrove swamp. Are you brave enough to swim?

We are flexible in breaks during the day.
